Responding to a Product issue

Customer concerns those reported are alerted to concerned manufacturing team through CRM - Customer Relationship Management – software.  Investigation on concern will be started once the product and necessary information’s are received from customer. Necessary problem-solving tools will be used to identify the Root cause and appropriate corrective actions will be taken to avoid recurrence of problem. Immediate, Interim and Permanent actions are taken with in the stipulated time frame. The detailed reports are shared to customer after completion of investigation covering the 8D principle.  We maintain adequate transparency and keep customer posted throughout the process.
